To All Dropship Customers, 

In line with cost increases being incurred, we are changing the cost for Dropshipping on 3rd May 2022. Our standard freight to you as a customer does not change: 

Just to clarify: 

Sending to you as our customer: 

• Our minimum invoice value for Freight Free will be $500.00
• For invoice values under $500.00 the freight and handling charge will be $20.00 per invoice. 

Sending direct to one of your customers (dropshipping): 

• All deliveries are charged freight 
• The minimum freight charge is $25.00 
• If the freight is greater than $25.00, we will charge the actual freight rate plus 10% handling free. 
• There is no freight free option on Dropshipping 
• Your customer will not receive any product information/paper work from Omni. 
• You will receive a standard invoice stating who the product(s) were sent to. 
• Please allow at least 2-3 days for dispatch. 

All freight charges are plus GST.
